Phyto Analytica Laboratory

Phyto Analytica Laboratory is a collaboration between Leapdelab company and Chulalongkorn University's Facutly of Pharmaceutical Science. We specialize in testing a wide variety of plants, including popular herbal medicine in Thailand like kariyat (Andrographis paniculata), cannabis (Cannabis sativa L.), turmeric (Curcuma longa), gotu kola (Centella asiatica), black pepper (Piper nigrum), senna (Senna alexandrina), and others.

We offer a range of analytical services to ensure the quality and safety of customer products. This includes:

  • HPTLC (High-Performance Thin-Layer Chromatography)

This technique provides us to assess the chemical profiles of various herbs

​

  • Total Phenolic Content and Total Flavonoid Content

These tests measure the level of antioxidants persent in plant samples​

​

  • HPTLC-DPPH fingerprint

This method provides a visual representation of the antioxidant activity of a specific plant extract​

​

  • HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography)

This technique is used to quantify cannabinoid contents in cannabis and other plant compounds

  • GC-MS (Gas Chromatography–Mass Spectrometry)

This method identify the terpene profile of cannabis
